OTHER: Pasilla Bajio is a mildly hot heirloom Mexican pepper with a great smoky flavor! They are long & thin, measuring 8" x 1". The lovely peppers start out dark green, turning a deep glossy brown & wrinkling as they mature. Pasilla Bajio Peppers can be harvested when they are green & enjoyed fresh or cooked in salsas or sauces, stuffed, etc. Mature brown or dried peppers are spicier, & are used as a dried ground spice in mole sauce & many other blends.
