SEED SHIPPING:

We offer flat rate shipping! You'll pay just 1 shipping charge per order no matter how many packs of seeds you purchase.

All seed orders are shipped the same or next business day with tracking & insurance from Canton, Ohio, USA.

Standard shipping for domestic seed orders is via USPS First Class Mail. Priority Mail & UPS are available at checkout.

MUSHROOM SHIPPING:

Everything in the mushroom category (spawn, substrate, dried, supplements, etc.) is shipped separately from seed orders. 'All things mushroom' ship from Maine, USA, & carry a separate flat rate shipping charge of $10 per order.

RETURNS:

If there is an issue with your order (damaged in transit, received the wrong seeds, etc.) please contact us. We will be glad to immediately correct the issue. If we need for you to return anything, we will provide a prepaid return label.

We insure all packages we send. If anything is damaged in transit, please retain the damaged items & packaging - do not throw them away. We must submit a photo of the damage to the insurance company with the claim.

Should you change your mind about your purchase for any reason, we gladly accept returns from domestic customers within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Due to the nature of the items, we are unable to accepts returns for custom or personalized orders.
