International Orders
International Shipping:
We offer flat rate shipping! You'll pay just 1 shipping charge per order no matter how many packs of seeds you purchase.
All orders are shipped the same or next business day with tracking from Canton, Ohio, USA.
International buyers are provided with the two following shipping options at checkout:
Economy - Economy shipping includes country-level tracking only.
Standard - Standard shipping includes door-to-door tracking & insurance.
(Insurance covers shipments lost or damaged in transit, it does not cover any customs related issues.)
Deliveries in-country are made by the local postal mail service.
Shipments to most countries typically deliver in 2 - 4 weeks.
Deliveries to certain destinations like Africa, India, & Indonesia often take longer. Any delays during transport or at customs are beyond our control. Since there is still no USPS service to Australia & New Zealand, deliveries are taking longer than normal.
We currently cannot ship "Standard" service & must ship "Economy" to Australia, Ireland, Taiwan, Tunisia, & Ukraine. There is no service to Russia.
Shipments to New Zealand currently must also be sent "Economy". Here deliveries are being made by MPI rather than the local post & do include door to door tracking.
If you choose "Economy" shipping (county-level tracking only), we will not refund or resend an order that is stated to have not been delivered. Please choose "Standard" shipping that includes full tracking & insurance if you wish for your order to be resent or refunded should it be lost in transit.
International Buyers - Please Read Before Ordering:
CANADA - There are no issues sending seeds to Canada.
All Other Destinations - Please check with your local customs office or Department of Agriculture regarding regulations & allowances on plant seeds prior to ordering. While the import of small lots of seed is allowed many places, there may be restrictions on quantities or specific species. Some countries require a Phytosanitary Certificate for certain species, some countries require one for all seed imports.
If you require a Phytosanitary Certificate, you must contact us to make arrangements prior to ordering. This is not something we automatically include with all shipments since not all require one & we must schedule an appointment with our Dept of Agriculture for the inspection of the exact seeds we are sending & there is a fee of usd $113 we will need to collect from you for the certificate.
We will not be responsible for the loss of any seeds seized, destroyed, or rejected by customs. All international shipments are made at the customer's risk. Please understand that with 195 countries, ongoing rule changes, & 1800 types of seeds, we cannot research & denote all 351,000 possibilities. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they are compliant with their local regulations.
