OTHER: Purple Tiger, an heirloom open pollinated variety, produces 1" round to teardrop shaped chili peppers that are of medium heat (5,000 - 11,000 SHU). They are spicy, with a slightly sweet, smoky fruity flavor. The fruits can be harvested at the purple or red stage. Purple Tiger has a wide variety of culinary uses, adding color to any number of dishes from salad to salsa to stews. They can also be pickled, or dried & made in to chili powder.

In addition to producing delicious fruit in fun colors, the Purple Tiger Pepper plant itself is also highly ornamental, featuring variegated green, white, & purple foliage. The compact, bushy plants are also ideal for container gardening.
