OTHER: Be Sweet is an edamame soybean type with 2 - 3 beans per pod. They can be used as a green shelled bean & as a dried yellow bean. Determinate plants offer a great yield. This is a good type for northern climates with shorter growing seasons because they mature early. Be Sweet Soybeans are very high in sugar, & are very sweet indeed.

Soybeans are a legume, so the plants can help fix the nitrogen levels of the soil to make it more fertile. The plants are also disease & pest free. They grow best when temperatures are between 60 – 70F, & can be planted as a spring or fall crop. They also have very lovely flowers, & the bean pods & stalks are fuzzy.
