OTHER: I’ve got to agree that Wonderberry is a perfect name for this small heirloom shrub. They can produce fruit as quickly as 75 days from seed, starting when the plant is just 4" tall! The edible berries are a bit bland plain, but are great combined with sugar for pies & jams. The unripe green fruit Is poisonous, so you must wait until it is ripe to eat it. Birds love to eat the berries. The Wonderberry is well worth growing just for its ornamental value alone. They have lovely white & yellow star shaped flowers in spring, & the fall berries are a very ornamental bluish purple. They can be grown in containers.
