OTHER: Meadow Arnica is native to western North America. It has a long bloom time (especially for a perennial!), often blooming from June until the end of August. It grows well in a wide range of climates, & is hardy in zones 3 - 10. 

Meadow Arnica has traditional medicinal uses, & is utilized in herbal remedies. It is generally accepted for use in place of Arnica montanta. Arnica chamissonis is much easier to grow since it does not require high altitudes to perform well, & the plants produce a significantly higher yield, numerous multiple-branched flower stalks.
